Central Ohio grants guidelines and letter of intent
A significant portion of the Cardinal Health Foundation’s community heath and wellness funding is focused on central Ohio, where Cardinal Health’s corporate headquarters are located.Grant requests are reviewed twice each year. Interested organizations should submit a letter of intent online by August 29, 2008. Full proposals, for those selected to apply, will be due October 3, 2008, and grant recipients will be announced in November 2008.
Letters of intent for our second grant cycle will be due January 30, 2009, with full proposals due for those selected to apply by March 27, 2009. Recipients will be announced in May 2009.
In addition to submitting an online application, all organizations requesting funding must complete the budget template worksheet located on this page. Please upload this completed worksheet before submitting.
